Andrew Cieszkowski - PrincipalAndrew grew up among a family of chefs and has surrounded himself with good food and fine wine ever since. After enjoying many glasses of wine himself, Andrew finally realized that what he'd rather do is help other people enjoy wine. Andrew successfully completed his Sommelier certification and later studied for the Diploma of Wines and Spirits through the Wine and Spirits Education Trust based in London, England. After years of sharing his love for food and wine in his family’s kitchen, Andrew branched out and shared this love with the finest hotels and restaurants in Toronto and Ottawa. Over the past twenty years, Andrew has held a number of positions in the wine industry. From the management of elite Champagne brands, to the conception and launch of France’s most successful Tetra packaged wine brand, Andrew has honed his marketing and sales skills for nearly two decades. Closer to home, Andrew has nurtured The Dolega Group and grown its client base to include not only local producers but products from Spain, Portugal, Italy, France and California. Andrew’s enthusiasm and commitment to his industry is hard to match. Few things delight him more than sharing his love of food and wine with terrific restaurant friends and with anyone who cares to listen, so much so, that it might be difficult to escape a tasting of organic, locally produced artisanal cheese while you sip wines from his portfolio.
