Le Soula

Situated in The Fenouillédes, between Catalonia and the Languedoc, Le Soula is a joint enterprise between the famed Languedoc-Roussillon winemaker Gérard Gauby and Richards Walford Wine Importers of the UK.

Since 2001, they have worked the vines without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilisers.  The winemakers subscribe to biodynamic principles that include observing the lunar cycle and respecting the rhythms of nature which contribute to the vineyard's self sustainability and encourage  the  vineyards to balance themselves.
