Union des Caves du Médoc

In France today, cooperative cellars account for 50% of wine production and are known and recognized for the quality and consistency of their wines.

This is made possible by a careful balance between the use of the latest technology and the respect of traditional vinification and maturing methods.

First and foremost, many small wine producers could no longer exist without cooperatives, which are thus a natural progression of family-based wine production.

Second, a union of producers enables access to significant technological, financial and human resourses, thereby contributing to the quality, authenticity and diversity of the terroirs that it covers.

The range produced by the 7 members of the union contains no less than 40 products, each with a unique personality..
